Do i use ntsc or pal to convert videos in the uk?

UK TV model is PAL.

If you don't know how to convert NTSC and PAL video, you may try aimersoft video converter, my friends recommend it to me, it's easy to use and works nice for me, here is a guide about it

PAL.  Be sure that your dvd recorder is both NTSC and PAL compatable though, otherwise you will not get a conversion done properley.
