I hate that mesh strangling my parts and riding up my *** after the suit is worn a few times so i always wear a bikini underwear under my suit.

dude i cut out the mesh because my junks to big and i dont wear anything under them like that

If you're okay with the way the mesh feels, keep it in and don't bother wearing anything else.  If you don't like that sensation, cut it out and wear a brief/speedo underneath to keep your boys in control.
