Do ice baths or hot baths work better??

And if so can you use just cold water or should you put ice in there too?

I know it's probably obvious but i'm really sore from volleyball and i need to know what works better.

  1. You are really sore because your not eating enough protein, magnesium, calcium and potassium so your muscles are strong yet relax.

    You can ice up but only for a short time... dont know if I would take a bath in ice. Your better off with icy hot type products if thats the way you want to go.
