  1. Yep. Yep. YEP! 100% You can get a judge to reduce the amounts according to your cirmustances, but there's no getting out of it. If you refuse, they WILL garnish your wages and if you have a state job, they WILL take if from your check before you ever even see it.


  2. if your were in custody of the state ,that means that you didn't have a job or didn't have a income ..so no you don't have to pay any back child support . good luck

  3. yes they have too pay back support they also pay while incarcerated they work jobs in prison child support takes a percentage of what ever the inmate makes per month (usually they dont make alot of money)

  4. Yes.  When a person is sentenced to prison, they can petition the court to modify their support obligation due to the change in circumstances.  If they don't, then the obligation continues.
