And if they do, wouldn't that make god liable? Technically enabling you to sue god?

  1. Most insurance policies are exactly for "acts of god"  or accidents.  Some policies for certain purposes exclude damage from floods, but you can buy flood insurance.  I know you were just having fun with your question, but because the premise is untrue you just look silly.  BTW, being the "cause" of damage does not mean that god or anyone else is liable.  There is more to liability than causation.

  2. Yes.  And just how are you going to sue God?  You will need a court that has jurisdiction.

  3. Many policies cover acts of God.  What do you think hurricane or flood insurance does.  When it does not cover an act of God it is clearly spelled out in your policy.

  4. Silly question. You cannot sue God. He has immunity from civil suits. And yes, insurance companies will not cover what God damages. When God destroyed mother's house from a fire, the insurance company told her to eat f***s. This was God's fault.

  5. yes, they refuse to cover acts of god. what an a hole they are, this  only the insurance companies are out to make money! I am not sure that someone try to do just that (sue God) base upon the insurance companies policy.

insurance companies is only out to make money!! If you think back when those F5 hurricanes hit Florida, Georgia, part of Carolina's that destroy over millions dollars in damages. And the insurance companies refuse to paid the homeowner policies on the value of their homes. if they cover everyone homeowner policies they will be broken and have to file bankruptcies. they ask the federal govt to step in to help out. what a rip off....
