Do international calls cost me if they call my house?

Does it charge my phone bill of they call me?

My buddy is using a calling card to call from New Zealand to my house in America. Will it charge me at all?

not unless he uses collect. receiving calls dont cost money

International calls you using prepaid card, they don't cost you a thing not even a record on your phone bill.

Not all of that you are thinking because they are paid already using prepaid card call to your home phone.

Tell him used OOVOO to call USA it's free. He had to used PC download oovoo then he can make a call free USA/CANADA from PC to Home Phone and Cellphone for free.

No.  They do not cost because they are calling u, not u right.  They will be paid for the calls they do.  Previously there was a rule, but now it has been declined....
