  1. You are entitled to a refund if the clothes are faulty. If you have just changed your mind, then a credit note is sufficient.


  2. If there is something wrong with the item and it is not fit for the purpose it was bought and the shop didn't point this out, sale or not  they must give you a refund. if there is nothing wrong with the item, they can insist you have a credit note.
