In my opinion, it does. I have a 3 year old that has learned a lot since he's been watching it. He knows all his abc's, shapes, and colors.

Yes. Their intelligence will grow with all experiences, educational or not. I personally think you need to be watching a few of those programs, judging by the incorrect spelling of this question.
