Do korean chicks date other type of guys outside their race?

Ok guys & gals :) em' seems like there's this chick in my class in college that i just can't stop looking at her cause she's plain gorgeous. I'd like to get to know her more and hopefully go out with her, but the problem is she's korean. I know i know maybe some of you might say o just go for it, but aren't asian people like very strict with dating. I mean don't they only come to dating their own race? Or is that something that asians just don't follow anymore? But my question is how can I ask her out? I've talked to her already and she seems to think I'm great, but I want to ask her out but I just don't know how since all i know is asians only go out with their own race.

PS. I'm like hispanic mixed with a little bit french

You need to get the order straight.  Anyone, especially the parents, want their daughters to marry into a wealthy family so they live a comfortable life.  Pre-21st century, whites were better-off than other races, hence Korean girls would consider dating them.  Plus, white guys treat Korean women far better than their counterparts.  It's the white guys that worship Korean women for their intelligence, appearance and kindness.  Around the turn of the 21st century, the power shifted back to the Asians and you will notice more and more young Korean girls want to date their counterparts.  If they go outside their race, it will be either the Chinese or Japanese men.  That is why you see more white guys with SE Asians like filipinas.  Just look around and observe.
