The wage gap is our fault, not companies...period. We get pregnant, take more time off of work- sometimes yrs. off , don't have as much pressure the guys have to make money, and more. You should get paid by performance and reliability not by resume. Resume gets you in the door, negotiating skill gets you good starting pay, performance and RELIABILITY gets you more money and promotion. It's just fact that most of us rather raise/spend more time with the kids than make max as much as money like men have the option of doing . What do y'all think ? There will always be a wage gap . ALWAYS.
