Do large business such as banks have lists of there top peoples email adresses and were would i find them?

I am trying to contact a aold friend via email and do not want to contact via the phone yet trying to feel out the situation, make sure they would like to here from me

I'm sure they do....but, I bet you will never see it.

Generally not that are available to the public.  Companies have become aware of Phishing scams, where phishers would use that kind of information to try to use social engineering attacks to get confidential company or personal information.  So they dont make lists like that available any longer.
