  1. While this can vary from state to state, in most jurisdictions, they do have to serve.  (I've been both a lawyer and a judge and have been called.)


  2. As far as i know in Canada, lawyers don't have to.

  3. They can be called in since the registration doesn't list occupation or other personal data. Almost all lawyers for the defense or prosecution will have them dismissed during jury selection.

  4. I think they get served but I dont think they would ever get picked for a jury.
