Do left handed shooters typically shoot better than right handed shooters?

Most of the left handed people in the NBA are good shooters (Fisher, Ginobili, Odom, just to name a few).

But yes out of all of the left handers in the league, a majority shoot well, but there is less of them than right handers. So the percentage will be higher for the lefty's. Chris Mullin is one of the best shooters ever, and he was a lefty.

Traditionally, it is a joke that lefties cant shoot, which as obviously not true as you proved, just naming a couple there, but there are fewer lefties in the game than righties for some reason, so more of the better shooters are righties.  There is no clear advantage one has over the other.

no,its just happens to be that every lefty u see can shoot.but pistal pete was a righty and laryy bird was too,so was reggie miller ray allen,so no their not better
