I know that they have different origins and tracks, but do they spin the same way everywhere on Earth?

  1. My semieducated guess would be that the coriolis effect would result in them spinning clockwise in the south of the equator hemisphere.

  2. no they are  the  opposite  in the  southern  hemisphere

  3. No, they do not. Low pressure systems spin counterclockwise only in the northern hemisphere. However, they spin clockwise in the southern hemisphere.  It is the opposite for high pressure systems (clockwise in northern hemis., counterclockwise in southern hemis.)
