Do majorettes perform during the 1st, 2nd and 4th quarter or just halftime?

im a twirler for my band but i wanted to know if there are any other twirlers out there who twirl not just during the halftime performance but also on the track during the 1st, 2nd adn 4th quarter.

Usually they just twirl at halftime.  They don't stop a football game at quarters.  If you want to perform on the sidelines you'll need to be a cheerleader.

Typically only half time. they are usually members of the Marching Band and do the halftime show with them.

If it's what you want go for it. As the person above said though if you want to perform on the sidelines, be a cheerleader. I did colorguard at my school and it was a blast. A lot of work and time, but fun. Especially competitions. YAY!!
