Do male ballet dancers pad their dance belts?

My bulge never looks that huge when I wear a dance belt, is there a secret?

There are a large number of dance belts.  The ones most danseurs use for shows are padded and smoothed so no "bulges" or contours of male anatomy are shown or emphasized.
