Do male hamsters ever feel sexually frustrated?

Our family has a male hamster. I see that it has grown in the past year, more specifically, sexually mature. I'm afraid that it will become aggressive if it doesn't mate. so, my question is, do male hamsters ever feel sexually frustrated?
