It used to happen more in the past, however, now it became illegal practice and the stats looking better and better every year regarding the issue. I am sure it still does happen though.

I guess it depends on what would be considered "a lot."  Research shows that about 7% of male therapists have some kind of sexual contact with clients and about 1.5% if female therapists do the same.  That's about 7% and 1.5% too much, but in the grand scheme of things may not be considered "a lot."
