Do managers think that all people want to have a friendship with them just to get a job ? Is it bad to help someone with good potential and useful to get a real job ? What's the best way to prevent them from thinking that you want them to get a job or some thing ?

  1. I'm a manager, and I can tell you that I don't hate young people or people with potential. The way managers think is that these two types of people are more of a risk to the job. People that are inexperienced have to be trained, and are bound to make mistakes. Managers prefer more experienced people, for they feel more comfortable with them and they don't have to worry abou training them.

No manager wants to get too close with their workers. That will interfere with their professional relationship, and it will affect their respectablility level at work. So no, I don't think managers think that way.

The best thing these two types of people can do is prove to the managers that they're capable of doing the job. One of the main factors is confidence. You need to be confident in the ability of doing your job. A manager will feel more comfortable with that, and they are willing to take the risk. Also, leave a good impression to the managers. Remember, people will judge the book by its cover.

  2. Some people feel threatened very easily.

I do not feel it is a good idea for managers to become friends outside of the workplace with their employees.  It just does not mix.

I would help anyone who has the potential and is willing to work hard.
