Hy,

I'm 16 and I work at a theater. There is an upsizing contest but then I realized that one of the eldest coworkers who usually takes advantage of my labour is cheating with another person...

The other day the managers complained to me saying that I being the highest upsizer for a month why Im not keeping my score. I told them that becasue people like above ruin the experience for me and they told me to tell the names and I said I don't want to. 5 minutes after I told the names but I couldn't sleep...

If the managers do mention me at all.... I am completely ruined... My friend on the other hand said that he thinks its actually illegal for a manager not to keep their promise on the person making the complaint not be anonymous .

Can someone verify that?
