Do medicine capsules inside the bottle expire faster under?

the heat of lamp ever night but it's tightly closed because I am not taking it for about half a year now I'm ust wondering if it is still edible or it already turned into poison?

Extreme temperatures do tend to degrade medicines faster - it's probably not poison, though.. It would depend on the medicine and it's storage requirements.
