  1. Wait.... There are such things as memory pills? Wow, science today (and the suckers who believe it!). Trust me, stick to brain exercises, like cross word puzzles, or tricky riddles. They really help get the brain moving and hopefully alow you to remember what you forgot.

  2. they say blueberries are good for the memory try some with your pills and you wont forget anything. hehe

  3. i think i took them..no...maybe...iforgot... what was the question again

  4. no

Regular exercise, doing mental activities(such as crossword puzzles), maintaining social ties, etc. keep you from getting Alz.

  5. Vixie, if they did no one would have senile dementia or alzheimer's & I would remember what I had for dinner last night.  Crossword puzzles work better, I promise.

  6. I don't remember!!!

    Do you know???

  7. No. Memory is a spiritual concept. It can not act as a remedy

    for what is spiritual.

  8. There are supplements that you can take that will help with your memory.

Phosphatidylserine and acetyl l'carnitine are good for memory and cognitive improvement.

1,000 mg of phosphatidylserine a day and 2,000 mg of acetyl l'carnitine.

    Take a multivitamin.

since the first two supplements are not cheap. I usually go to www.vitacost.com

You can purchase 120 capsules of 1,000 mg phosphatidylserine for less than 40 bucks and that should last you for 4 months. this supplement is not cheap anywhere else, but if you try it and don't go here shop around.

Yes, there are supplements that help with memory.

There is another herbal product called celastrus that is not well known, but is ayurvedic and is real good.

There are a group of supplements called nootropics and these help with cognitive  improvement. the first two are nootropics.

  9. memory pills will put some chemicals into your body that your body naturally produces to help stimulate your brain. Exercise is a real healthy way to bolster your memory as it helps keep your body circulating good. The more active you are the better. Memory pills like ginko baloba will help you be more alert and help with the creative and learning parts of your brain.
