No slight against you or your question but quite frankly, why we would

have to ask this question in the 21 century or any century for that

matter makes about as much sense as should we all breath the same

air or one type of air for women and another for men and then nanother

for children . . .

You mean like...."Why should having a men-only club be regarded as sexist but having a women-only night at a gym be regarded as OK?"

I agree, there are double standards here.

The same in tennis tournaments...women only have to play the best of 3 sets while men have to play best of 5 and yet the women expect equal pay.

They are obviously not as good as the men otherwise why not have a mixed tournament, winner takes all?....no woman would win a prize, that's why.

Equal rights are fine, if the people have equal skills.....Federer and Nadal and the best 50 men are MUCH better than any female players yet the women are paid the same...why?

It's like a Div 3 footballer demanding the same wages as a Premiership player just because he has to play the same 90 minutes of a football game. (They are playing against inferior opposition!)

I believe women should have equal rights, but I also think we ought to accept our differences instead of trying to be the same.  For example I am not so sure about women in the front line of a war zone.
