Do men have to move there p***s and testicles over to one side before they can sit down?

well sometimes yes and sometimes no..

depending on the type of underwear. briefs keep the balls and the p***s in supportive pouch so you dont sit on them or they dont get stuck to your leg lol like boxers would.

when we are wearing longer jeans or like the waist from the legs are too long it can be uncomfortable so sometimes you will see us pull up the legs this just makes it more comfy and gives more room...

NO, not at all.  Some guys will pull up their pants legs when sitting but if you observe a lot more, you will notice guys just sit down. Their gear is not in the way at all and does not hang down preventing them from sitting down.

It is not so much the p***s , unless of course it has got a bit aroused !!1  but in certain positions especially wearing boxers the testicles can get trapped and it is very painful
