I'm talking about thick, toned thighs and hips. Kind of like Beyonce at times when she slims down, but while being overall slim still has those kind of rugby-player thick and toned thighs. I'm very slim overall and stand at 5'4. but it seems I carry most of my weight on my bottom, hips and thighs, so I always have to keep those areas in shape. I definitely look more bottom heavy.
