  1. That hole is a duct to the mammary tissue (that brings milk to the surface).  All mammals have nipples--male & female.  Probably has to do with embryonic development.

  2. as the first male to answer this question, mine dont have any holes. i dont know what you guys are talking about

  3. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A GUY AT THE BEACH?!! you should be able to answer that for yourself unless you have never been to the beach/pool and seen a topless male.

  4. yes, standard issue on all mammals

  5. lol yeah i heard that ? on the raido once, i guess they used to serve a purpose but idk now. when they are babies they produce milk like a women for a week or so.

  6. my nipples have holes in them I can put toothpicks in the holes if i wanted!

  7. Yes, they are glands, not 'holes', and have no funtion in males. The reason men have nipples is indeed rooted in the embryonic development of a child. For a certain period of time, the child's gender is not decided, and continues developing the genitals and nipples until a gender is decided. At that point, the characteristic changes that make men and women different are made. There is a book out there called "Why do men have nipples?" which fully answers this and other related anatomical questions. I can't remember the author at the moment but a simple Google search should turn it up!
