  1. yes , because it became part of the culture and embedded in the soul of the people who live or come from egypt.

  2. It is the same as how Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Seikhs say the word 'God' Arab Christians also use the Arab word for "God" which is "Allah". As long as an Arab has  belief of a God they will use those words otherwise you will never find an Arab atheist say them.

  3. Yes i have also heard some Iraqi Christians saying Salam, inshaallah, Allahu Akbar etc

  4. Of course they do. There not exclusive Muslim words you know.

Joker: Arab Christians used Allah before Muhammad was born. So it was more like you copied them.

  5. Yes, my family are friends with christians over in Jordan and they still greet us with "Asalamu Alaykum" and they say Insha'Allah, Masha'Allah, and stuff like that.

  6. I don't live in the Middle East, but my husband is from Morocco and I say inchallah and allahumdulilah a lot because I've picked up on the usage from him.  When I talk to his family on webcam or am with them in Morocco I greet them with asallam alaikum(sp?).  For me it's just using another language that the person I'm speaking to uses and it's done out of respect for them.

  7. Yes they do and also

they say La elaha ela Allah mostly when they get angry like our old man neighbor when he fight with his wife

  8. I think, but I'm not sure, these words in the book of James mean you should say "Insha'Allaah":

    James, Chapter 4:

14 whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. What is your life? For ye are a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall both live, and do this or that.

You can also find some occurrences of "Peace be unto thee" in the Bible.

  9. I've also heard that they call God Allah aswell.

  10. Yeah,my dads best friend from when he was little, always says, salam to my dad an all,an i THINK he says insh'Allah too...

  11. Unless they have expressed to you that they think JesusPBUH is a god then I wouldn't be quick to judge.

    peace
