Do mini panthers exist?

I thought I saw something on television about mini panthers but cannot find anything on the net about them.

The specie of domestic cat called the Bombay Cat is known as the 'miniature wild panther'. Maybe that was it.

If not, I'm sure that somewhere there was/is a 'mutated' panther that stayed smaller.

perhaps you saw something about Savannah cats.  Also sometimes sold as "ashera" cats.  They are crossbred domestic cats and african servals.  Do a google search if you want to know more.
