Do minors need some form of identification for domestic flights if they are traveling with one parent?

We're just going to California for vacation. My daughter is thirteen and doesn't have a "picture id"

  1. No -- children under the age of eighteen do not need photo ID in order to fly, according to the TSA.


  2. No need for a photo Id but as its up to the airline i would carry a copy of the birth certificate to be sure

  3. Minors don't need identification for domestic flights if they are with parents (that have identification).
