Do monkeys really have similar brain cells to humans?

i was looking it up and found that and i wanted to know if it was true or not because they can be taught to do similar to what we do

  3. Yes it is very true. Actually I had seen on a wildlife show that we share some DNA with Orangutans of Borneo. Pretty cool huh.

  5. Physically, the neurons that make up the cells of the brain are pretty much identical between all vertebrates.  The only significant difference is that we have more of them for our body size than almost any other mammal (dolphins have close to the same ratio).
