depends on the size of the truck vs the tires i have seen them float before

No. Modern day monster trucks use an open tubed frame chassis that is covered with a composite body shell. This structure is in no way waterproof. Though the large tires would provide some degree of buoyancy, they are still quite heavy. In all likelihood the truck would flip upside down and sink below the surface level of the water.
