  1. scientist are in the process of a plan to inject mosquito's with a serum that will help man in the swamp areas in Africa. interesting yes.?

  2. While mosquitos are parasites for us, they sustain a very unique and valuable role in any environment as both a source of renewable food to a number of insects, arachnids, amphibians and mammals as well as (unsurprisingly) spreading occasional diseases which help keep some mammalian species with no known predator in check.

  3. you mean that mosquitoes are of no use ...

yes you may say , as a human they are harmful to us .. but in some way or another they are part of our biological system and help grow and systain it.

mosquitoes are food of may organisims like lizards, frog , and etc .

if you are saying that these , are carriers of may dieseaes , you are right . but it is 'coz our environment is getting over burdened and environment have it's own way of controlling the equilibrium .. this may be by increaing the death toll of humans by some dieases.. and here you can see mosquitoes are helping the environment , in maintaing the equilibrium.

  4. that is because you are not looking very close

    or thinking

ask your self this ---what  eats mosquitos and their larvae (fish ,birds ,frogs ,toads, dragonflies, small lizards ,hunting fish, spiders etc)

and then what eats those things and then what eats the ones that ate them .

take away the mosquitos and all that follows is in peril

they once sprayed for mosquitos on the banks of the Danube ,and all of the life in the woods disapeared

all existing life is a collection of foodchains all interrelated .mess with a link and all that follows is affected

right now many species in the jungles are getting sick because of temperature changes and vital links in foodchains are disapearing we are presently witness to the first mass exstinction of flora and fauna since the days of the dinosaurs

we are on the top of the list and will end up affected by all changes
