  1. If you can find an open computer with an attached line printer then, yes. Almost all of these will have prepaid print card system, which means you buy a card and load it up with money.  You insert the card and it debits away funds per each page you print.

    Note that some departments have their own private labs for their student's majoring in the subject. You normally don't have to pay to print anything although there might be a semester quota in place or they monitor for abuse.  These are better places to do your printing.


  2. Just about every computers these days have flash drives that a USB drive can be plugged into so yes. Unfortunately certain schools are cracking down on the number of printouts per person but if you're deciding whether or not to buy a printer, the library will be fine.
