Do most companies in the usa use e-verify? ?

do most of them use e-verify? what if someone is undocumented but have no background crimes at all. would it show?

They are supposed to however alot of fields like construction actually help w/ fake documents to keep the cheap labor so the CEO at the top makes more profit. Being here undocumented is a crime. If they cant verify a social security # or its linked to someone obviously not you, ICE will step in.

No because it's been blocked as a measure countrywide. It should be in place for lots of reasons including keeping molesters from jobs with kids. It would cut down on fraudulent ID's for legal and illegal alike.

E-verify is for SSN matching not criminal records.

Many companies use e-verify. If someone is an ILLEGAL ALIEN it will show.
