Yeah i think most guys like it when a girl gives them a sign that she likes them.Me when it comes to dating i usually if i like a guy give them a sign and wait to see if he gets it that i like him. I also see if the guy gives signs that he likes me back. But most guys like it when the girls gives the first sign.

most guys would say yes, they would like the girl to make the first move. i'm one of those guys, i just need a really good sign that she likes me. and when i find out she does, i have to ask her questions lol because i just need to know will it work out and we wont fight at the little stuff when we get together

In my opinion, i think i would prefer it.

I suppose that this is because some guys feel that if they make the first move, they'll be humiliated or be turned away and feel ashamed.

Well, I know me and my friends quite often complain about the fact that it's always guys who have to make the first move.  That's probably an answer in itself.

I think people say no because often those girls who do make the first move are drunk and annoying ;)
