Do most hard working people , not want to depend on others?

If the two states want the watermen to be paid for water related work then the two states should pay them. It is not up to the taxpayers of the US to pay for the problems of individual states. I am unaware of the part of the Constitution that allows this kind of appropriation. Unfortunately, there is always a great deal of this kind of money grab going on.

  1. Right. I think each State needs to pay for their own and stop letting the Washington over ride their decisions, we know that anything the Government takes over, we usually end up paying a whole lot more. I  rather take care of myself, and let them keep their hand outs, because later they will have it fixed to where we owe them a whole lot more then they gave us.


  2. Yes.  That's true no matter what political party they belong to.
