Not from my point of view.  They mostly live in Gaza City which was completely functional until the Pals tore it all to pieces.  That's not a refugee that's a nut that defecates where it eats.

1 group one those who driven out just after 1948 inside what is called green line.some were moved 10 Kim's others were driven more and their land was confiscated either for military usage or any other false considerations.most of these "even ALL" carry Israeli passports but they are not allowed to get near their homes or lands ,they do not live in refugees camps but their are not living on their own land

2 group two beer Shiva  "beer elsabe3" and Bedouin settlements ,these as well driven away to live in a new living circumstances which do not belong to their culture such as moving them to houses like and as well having their land confiscated

3 group three refugees in west bank and Gaza this happened after 1948 its those who driven out and have camps in the west bank and in Gaza strip the first was governed by Jordanians the other was governed by Egyptians but you still see the refugee camp close or near cities near Jerusalem there is a camp for instance near Ramallah there are three you see for instance shua"fat village 3kms from Jerusalem on the left side of the main road and on the other side you see shu"fat camp on the the same as well in almost all cams such as qalandia

4group four camps in Arab countries mostly Jordan as gross then Syria Lebanon Egypt labia Iraq Sudan Yemen

5  group five refugees in non Arab countries such as Britain US Norway ........

now for the world there is a branch deals with all refugees and there well fare but not for Palestinian refugees they have got a different branch UNRWA

for all refugees they are registered with unrwa as well as the fathers and sons and newly born grands

for a girl who is married to a non refugee automatically she loses her rights

in west bank and Gaza you can see a help of 10$ a month for the family plus health care and teaching

as well as it is known refugees are moved temporarily till war ends otherwise they still in their camps that applies to all refugees

refugees are not a kind of special term only applied on Palestinians in every region in the world suffered of lack of stability people get to flew away

Iraq  Afghanistan Sudan Somalia even now in GEORGIA

i do not fully agree with the  answerer who says that he saw all

the number of refugee camps in west bank higher than that in Gaza but the total amount refugees in Gaza is much higher than that in west bank

but to think in a refugee camp you must think of the narrow roads 2.5 meters width and drainage water just flaw running plus as the numbers are tripled so you must think of higher buildings one next to the other in many cases no light or direct sun rays inter and in cases you just live with smell of drainage waters but i should think in Gaza refugees number exceeds the number of locals
