Do most of you still view the Divas as eye candy or are you starting 2 respect them as athletes?

Seein' as how Sable, Trish, Lita, and Beth have impacted the female wrestling views as being "s**y, strong, and talented." Is there any change in how you all believed in them as wrestlers?

Out of those 4 you mentioned I think Sable was the least talented..the other 3 were or are great athletes.

As far as respecting them, it just depends on who you're talking about. There's some divas that are just eye candy (not that there's anything wrong with that...:) ), like Kelly kelly or Maryse and others. But there are plenty that can actually wrestle. Mickie James, Victoria, Natalya, Michelle McCool is proving herself to becoming an athlete...there are plenty that can wrestle, then there are others that are just eye candy.

I see most women wrestlers today as eye candy because that's all they are. Vince hires hot women with no in ring talent that can give guys tents. I don't respect them because they have no wrestling talent.

However, I don't think that about women wrestlers that are talented in the ring. People like:

~Natalya Neidhart

~Victoria

~Chyna

~Trish

~Beth Pheonix

~Lita

~Sable

They are real wrsetlers and should be respected because they actually can wrestle.

I'am but it does depend on which divas you're talking about. Divas like Trish, Lita, Chyna, Beth and Natalya.  They deserve to be looked at as more than eye candy. and i respect them for setting the stage for future divas to work their asses off to be respected too. I must say that im really happy vince is getting rid of all those bikini contests and lingerie pillow fights and actually attempting to throw divas like kelly and maria into training. I want to be able to cheer for a diva because she can kick some ***. Not because she's turning on all the guys around me.

No. Only a few divas actually know how to wrestle such as Chyna, Jazz, Lita, Trish, and Beth.

All these other sloppy divas like Kelly Kelly will never learn how to wrestle.

I still view the divas as only eyecandy because their in ring work bores me to death. I prefer to watch them in bikini contests where Jerry The King Lawler screams PUPPIES PUPPIES PUPPIES.

Well they still do, but I think they are trying to let the Divas show their wrestling skills. If you have noticed their hasn't been a Bra and Panties Match, Bikini Contest or something like that in a while, but a lot of tag-team matches and a few singles action.

I really do hope that the WWE start to take their Divas seriously into becoming wrestlers.

well.. most of the lady's in the wwe cant really wrestle except a couple of them.. so there going to be eye-candy.. but if you've watched tna before all the Lady's on there can wrestle and they look good doin it...
