  1. yes

  2. Maybe, although it's an extremely arrogant thing to assume. That's why we make friends with some people and not with others; different personalities click with each other.

  3. pritty much

  4. My husband says he has a "superior sense of humor"  People like that are hard to live with!

  5. I do not, I do not find everyone's humor funny and so think the reverse would apply

  6. Yes.

  7. Frankly most people hope rather than assume that their style of humour is funny to everyone. In reality it's more likely to be  a quarter of what they hope others find funny at the very most, and that's only if the individual is truly humourous.

    Cheers

  8. I can't speak for most people.   If something is funny I laugh.  If I don't get the joke I am annoyed.   If I get the joke and I don't think it is funny, I think I know what you are talking about.

  9. Makes sense. If they think they are funny, it goes that they think everyone else will as well.

  10. Yes, some people like to laugh at things that may not seem funny to others. Everyone has different types of humor.  Ex. sarcasum is a big topic of humor to lots of people but may not be as funny to us.

  11. No, honey.  That's why I spend so much time alone, cracking myself up.

  12. 13. yea its annoying

  14. Yes, people have a tendency to think everyone is on the same level as you. that's why you always hear people going "you know what i mean?" "yeah" when really they're not on the same level

  15. yes, in the hope that you laugh.

  16. I think most people know that their personal style of humor is not funny to everyone else, but they don't really care if other people find it funny, as long as they do.

  17. It's just a game. You have to play but you don't have to win.

  18. I dont because I know my sense of humor is a little off center. When someone gets my humor, I tend to like them. Not because they get my humor, but because I usually have a lot in common with them.I tend to favor Steven Wright as a comedian. I wish he were more popular.

  19. most people do assume that their type of humor is best for everyone

although there are people that get research on what most people find funny and decide to joke about that.. and then they become professional comedians
