Do motocross tracks hire 14 year olds?

some clubs pay marshalls but you have to be sixteen so you will have to wait a few years

Sure, to flag the race. It probably pays a free hamburger and a couple sodas. Seriously that and running the concession stand is about it. Where I live you can flag if under 16.

They don't for pay here in Australia but it may be different where you are.  Contact the tracks you are interested in and ask.
