If you are in America weddings are considered a legal matter not a religious matter.  The wedding is legal no matter who the parties are as long as they arent male/male female/female; and even that counts in some states in America.....

as long as your a citizen or she is then there shouldn't be a problem.

FYI: judges are non denominational. they aren't like priests.
