Do my parents care ?

I feel that they dont care

because my mom calls me a

***** and my dad brings me down

critizing me telling me i should i lose weight[i should]

but not like he says it[he says it in a mean way]

do they care or should i run away

Don't run away that just makes things worse. Ask why they say such mean things to you. I'm sure they care. You lose for yourself not your parents and just ingnore it

I'm sorry that they put you down. Try to not care about it. You don't need to look good for you dad anyways. Tell him this, "Someday, a man will love me for me. Not how scrawny I am!"

No, you shouldn't run away, but you should talk to someone about it. Go to a school counselor and tell them whats going on. Your parents are obviously taking their insecurities out on you and that isn't okay. They need to understand they are destroying your confidence and your trust of people. Running away won't solve any problems in fact it may just make them worse. Thats how kids get involved in bad situations and you don't need to go down that road.

running a way would only make things

harder  you have to find a way to deal with stuff like this

and the weight will get lost don't worry about it

Don't run away, that can only make matters worse, .  I am so sorry that your parents see the need to put their precious child down.  I have learned over the course of my 50 years, that people who feel the need to do that are actually insecure about themselves. My husband's mom and dad and sister did that to him for years- and the longer I know them, the longer I realize that they need to put him down to make themselves feel better, as sad and wrong as that is. Believe you me, I understand, my husband was given the things that he needed, except the most important thing of all, love from them.  Even his dad, when he died, admitted that and apologized.  Have you ever told them how you feel?  You should find someone that you can  talk too.  I am so sorry- hang in there, my friend, and if you ever want to just talk, email if you can
