yes.  even the high index flat front curve lenses that claim not to.

but contacts dont.

I think glasses my your eyes look smaller period. I have very big eyes, but no one could tell until I got contacts.

Yes they can make your eyes appear smaller when you wear them especially if you have a strong prescription.  Plus lenses that correct farsightedness have the opposite effect and make your eyes appear larger when wearing them.  

If you do not like the minification, then I suggest getting contact lenses.

Yes, unfortunately they do, especially if you wear a strong prescription. I wear glasses with high index lenses and while they don't eliminate the problem for me completely, they still don't make my eyes look as small as conventional lenses.

Yes they do. But the difference will depend on how strong your prescription is. Anything a -2.00 or under doesn't really have a strong minimizing effect. If you are worried that your eyes will look unnatural, there are lenses that will minimize the effect. An aspheric or high-index lens will help make your eyes appear more natural.

If you have any worries you can always talk with the optician helping you order your lenses. They will be able to suggest the best lens material for you.
