Do naval piercings hurt?

My mums allowing me to get my belly button pierced next year.

I'm really exited and scared!

Has anyone had it done, did it hurt?

it will only hurt for 30 sec and it will feel like a bee sting

all piercings hurt no matter what you get some hurt more then others it just depends on your pain tolerance...

i had mine done and honestly the clamps didn't bother me, i never felt the lady pierce my navel and i never felt her putting the curved bar bell through and i never felt her put the balls on and 5-10 mins i was done....

lol yeah it hurt. pretty bad, actually. but ultimately, bearable, since i'm sitting here, typing this to you =]

and trust me, its worth every bit of pain i experienced and more- i love it to death =]

Yes. A lot. And when they get infected your entire abdomen turns black and your rotting stinking skins falls off and nobody will like you anymore. You don't need pieces of metal hanging off your body. A couple of nice earrings will do just fine. You don't need any tattoos either.

i got mine when i turned 16 as a birthday present my mom took me too! no it doesnt hurt a bit it feels like someone pinching your skin really hard for about 3 seconds and thats it! no pain, just a pinching feeling which isn't pleasant but not painful. the person doing your peircing will climb on top of you which is akward but its quick and painless good luck!
