i'm living in a house, not a condo or apartment. i didn't notice i was turning music loud, they start throwing something at my window and say yo can you turn that **** down? this is making me mad because i am about to go beat the heck out of them or cuss them out. they would have ask me nicely but have no respect. what should i do? i got anger management especially when someone diss me like that. i'm thinking of turning my music up so loud to p**s them off because i'm not in the mood dealing with these idiots.

  1. Sounds like you didn't turn your music up on purpose, but you can turn it down on purpose because they obviously hear it.  It's okay to do whatever you like in your own space so long as you aren't hurting someone else or invading their space.

No, they didn't respond to you appropriately, but is it possible they need to rest, and you disturbed their right to do that?

The very best thing you can do right now is admit that you made a mistake, and do the right thing; turn down the music.  That's the best thing you can do for yourself and for them, and the fact that you wrote this question says you don't want to stoop to that level.  You are already above that because you're looking for a better way to deal with situations. Don't give away your power to make your own choices and decisions.  You deserve more than that.  Good Luck  I wish you the best, and I hope this helps

  2. no they don't but they have the right to demand you in public disturbance.

  3. No they should not throw things at your window....they should have knocked on your door, or called the cops if the noise was that severe.

No point turning your music up super loud or beat them up cos then your be the one in the wrong

    RISE ABOVE IT.

  4. They can complain for public disturbing, but they cannot throw things at your or your house.

    This is completely unacceptable.

Yes, they should have asked you politely to turn it down.

Next time, please be careful and don't go and fight with your neighbors.

You can end up in big trouble if you do.
