Most don't, because Medicaid doesn't pay very much.  

But it's done on a state by state basis, so you'll have to call your medicaid office, and ask them for some neurologists on their list who are taking new patients.

There is no such website-it would be too difficult to maintain. Contact the hospitals in your area and ask what neurologists are on staff. You can then contact their offices and inquire. If one says no-ask if they know of one that accepts medicaid.
