Do new TV' have coax inputs still or do they just have Scart HDMI connections??

Just need to know what wiring I need to install prior to plastering the walls

Most of the newer TV's have both, BUT be careful even though a law has been passed to prevent this there are still some cheaper flat screens that are HD Ready vs. HDTV.  difference is that the HD Ready (or HD Monitor) has the capability to produce a HD image but you must have an external HD tuner (meaning it probably won't have coax. Thoes external HD tuners are usually provided from either your cable or sat. company.  Your HDTV's have at least an ATSC turner built into them so they will have the coax connections.

  4. yes all modern flatscreens come equiped with coaxial inputs as standard, with scart and hdmi.

    Some flatscreens even have built in freeview, so when you connect a coaxial the freeview will find new channels and will automatically store them.
