  1. Omega watches are made with 3 types of movements.

    1. Quartz (Battery Powered)

    2.Mechanical (Where you have to wind the watch spring)

    3.Automatic (Where the watch winds the spring itself based on the movement of your hand)

    Most Omega watches are Automatic or Quartz movements. But it should say on the watch.
