Do nightclubs ID you on weekdays?

I'm almost 17 and want to go clubbing so bad.

Yes, they always do, if they don't then it's not a night club, and just go to a junior club, but really clubs arn't all that they're cracked up to be.. Trust me you'll see.

Legally they have to ID you.  For liability purposes they have to know you are of age.  Whether it be on weekdays or weekends.  Same goes for bars, purchasing cigarettes, etc.....

I felt just like you did when I was 17.  I was ready to get out there and dance at a club and do all the things I had been restricted from doing when I was younger.  I felt the same way right before I turned 21.  Just wait until your 18 birthday, it'll be here before you know it, and you'll appreciate the club more if you wait.  

However, like the person stated before me....they aren't all they're cracked up to be.  Don't get me wrong, 18+ clubs are nice, but mostly its just guys that just want to "get a girl" for the evening.  The drinks are high, its hot and sweaty..etc.  It's a personal opinion; you might really enjoy that atmosphere.  But for me, I'll go once in a while, but not that often.

  Any place that serves alcohol will check ID's.  Legal responsibility means they would pay dearly if you drank and got in an accident, even falling down, Plus they could loose their licence to serve alcohol and go out of business.

  If you want to go dancing, go to someplace that does not serve alcohol.
