Do normal lights produce UV rays?

Question

Im asking this question in relation to plants. Do all lights produce UV rays or only flourecent lights? Wondering if it would effective putting plants under some light for it to grow.

Neither type of light produces significant UV light. There's a kind of fluorescent caled a grow light that puts out UV for the plants.
